Is This Fair?

I think that not having to listen to music is really unfair because the High School get to listen to music and the Middle Schoolers don't get to listen to music.I think that it would be fair that 6/12 should have music in class and kindergarten/5 grade should not have music because there teachers won't let them and there too young to have music in class. When the little kids listen to music they don't listen to the teacher when they say it's time to do you work. So they just put there headphones on and that's why the kindergarten/5 grade shouldn't listen to music. The 6/12 grade should listen to music because we are older people and we listen good.
